A unique campsite in Saxon Switzerland
What began 12 years ago as a small, nature-oriented campsite has become a regular meeting place for many guests.
A place to arrive. To unwind. To return to.
Over the years, we have received an incredible amount of positive feedback from our guests for the family atmosphere, the personal service and, of course, for the unique location in the heart of the Elbsandsteingebirge.
And this has shown us exactly that: Now is the right moment for the next step.
We are now creating a campsite that preserves all that has proven successful while offering more comfort, more peace and quiet, and more quality than ever before.
Something new & special is being created.
We are renovating - Reopening in 2027
From 2026 onwards, our square will be completely redesigned and significantly larger.
During this time the campsite is closed, not because we are taking a break, but because we are investing.
We are building more spacious, modern, closer to nature, and comfortable structures.
The reopening is planned for Easter 2027.
We regularly share updates on the current status of the construction work here on the website.

“A very warm and personal welcome from the owner himself. Our dog was welcome. He personally escorted us to a suitable and very quiet spot, read the electricity meter, and then gave us his own suggested walking routes. You can rent a good e-scooter and buy essentials at reception; they also offer a bread delivery service. If you have any questions about an activity, they are answered superbly and thoroughly, sometimes even with photos of tricky situations…”
